Team building doesn’t need to feel staged. At Arte Bar, we design private painting and wine events where teams can relax, connect, and leave with memories that truly matter.
Every team building event in our studio is completely private. During your session, the studio belongs only to your group. The usual duration is around three hours, but if you have less time, we can adapt the format to fit your schedule.

Your team chooses a painting from our extensive gallery, and we guide everyone step by step so each person creates their own version. It’s the perfect way to connect with colleagues while everyone creates something uniquely their own.

Arte Bar on-site
We bring the full Arte Bar experience to your office, hotel, or event space. Whether it’s a step-by-step painting class or a collaborative project, we provide everything you need so all you have to do is enjoy.
Paint on a tote bag
Instead of a canvas, each participant paints a high-quality 40x40 cm tote bag. It’s a creative, practical option, and everyone leaves with a unique item they can use in their everyday life.
Milestones and celebrations
Ideal for product launches, project completions, or company celebrations. We design the painting to reflect your brand, your message, or your achievement, giving your team a creative way to mark the occasion.
