INTENSIVE COURSE (4 days) - VEGETATION

Adults and teenagers (12+) welcome
July 1-4 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

€130 pp

● Each workshop lasts four days (Monday-Thursday), 3 hours each day, 12 hours.
● The materials are included in the price: Acrylics, A4 oil paper block, masking tape, boards, brushes, palettes, sponges, glasses, aprons, easels, one 30x40cm canvas per client.

We will begin by recognizing and analyzing various organic forms of leaves, plants or flowers. We will draw with a brush, to loosen our hand and get to know colors and materials. We will see their structures and their forms. We will practice types of lines and use flat colors. This first paper will be a study of organic shapes but at the end of the class we will decorate it and it will also become our first artistic composition.

On the second day we will study on two different papers how to represent the volume and the passages of light and shadow of each natural figure. We will work with compositions of two figures each, but we will integrate them into some background, seeking to understand how to generate depth in an image. We will also make color theories and combinations more complex.

During the third and fourth meetings, each participant will develop their own composition on a frame. They will be accompanied and guided in the process, searching for the appropriate colors and techniques for each work.

INTENSIVE COURSE (4 days) - PORTRAITS
Adults and teenagers (12+) welcome.
July 15-18 from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

€130 pp

● Each session lasts four days (Monday-Thursday), 3 hours each day, 12 hours.
● The materials are included in the price: Acrylics, A4 oil paper block, masking tape, boards, brushes, palettes, sponges, glasses, aprons, easels, one 30x40cm canvas per client.

The first day we will investigate what a face looks like from the front. We will practice directly with a brush, to loosen our hand and get to know colors and materials. We will first make some small, cartoon-like faces, to play with the shapes and exaggerate the expressions. We will then understand the main axes and the different shapes present and hidden in the face. We will practice types of lines and use flat colors. This first paper will be about studies and sketches but at the end of the class we will play connecting lines, hair and faces to generate our first artistic composition.

On the second day we will take a photograph of another participant's face or take a self-portrait, placing ourselves in a certain place in the studio and using artificial light. By observing the photo we will study how to represent the volume and the passages of light and shadow of the face. We will also play with the lights and shadows that we can perceive in the background, to enrich the composition and generate depth. We will make color theories and combinations more complex.

During the third and fourth meetings, each participant will develop their own composition on a frame. They will be accompanied and guided in the process, searching for the appropriate colors and techniques for each work.
